January 13th is the day! I am so looking forward to the release of Joyful Noise! Let's face it: there are precious few movies released for those who want to be entertained without sex, drugs, and violence. But this movie promises to be a real treat!

In a nutshell, two choir members have differing opinions on how to win the national choir competition. But the choir must win! So two very strong-willed women form a partnership to save the small-town Gospel Choir after budget cuts threaten to shut them down.

You can't get any stronger-willed than Dolly Parton and Queen Latifah, making for some strong comedy!
